Using newspaper as the main material, this reinterprets the traditional Korean table Gyeongsang
in a
contemporary way.
By borrowing the structural principle of plywood, layers of dyed paper were stacked to create a
solid
table.
Dyed with varying densities of ink, the paper reveals natural variations in grain, contrasting
with
the
uniform patterns of plywood.
